Continue Troubleshoot or Turn off your PC. You may want to perform a fresh install of Windows 10 rather than performing an upgrade.
I do NOT know if they upgraded Windows 7 to Windows 10. laptop computer with Windows 7 operating system installed originally. This individual owned an Acer Aspire 1551. What can I do? I would at least like to use it to get on line…Help. I’ve tried looking around in Advanced Options, but I’m afraid I’ll kill it all the way :). All I get is “your PC did not start correctly,” it then goes to “auto repair” (restarts it) and the same thing happens.
